In winter, people are always trying to keep warm, and one of the best
ways to do it is to take a bath. The warm water, the bubbles, the
privacy, all of this comes together to create a truly relaxing
environment.

Doctors recommend bubble baths as an effective way to increase body
temperature, increase blood circulation and up metabolism. So why not
take a relaxing bubble bath every day and enjoy the benefits?

Before the bath

Before you take a bubble bath, there are some things you should do to
prepare:

1) Open the windows in your bathroom and let the air circulate for about
one hour. Then close the windows and light up an Aroma Lamp.

2) Put one or two spoons of salt into the running water as it fills the
tub, This regulates the PH balance in the water.

3) Put several drops of bubble bath gel on your palm and put your hand
under the faucet. The running water will wash off the gel and the tub
will fill with bubbles.

4) Use a small bath brush to thoroughly clean and massage your body.

Tips for bubble bath

1) In the bath, move your legs in a circular motion, like you are riding
a bike. Doing this about fifty times increases blood circulation and also
helps keep you in shape.

2) Use a scrub wash to remove dead skin cells. Using scrubs can also
enhance the effectiveness of other body care products. Since scrub washes
are rough, don't use them on your face.

3) After the bath, apply moisturizer while your skin is still damp. This
allows your skin to absorb more moisture and raises your skin's
metabolism, increasing your temperature.
